HAPPY HALLOWEEN

I was called pumpkin from my dad growing up and I guess now I can pass the torch....okay dad maybe "pumpkin jr" or "little pumpkin" like her outfit says, how does that sound?!! Lehi is voting for "pumpkin bum" just while she wears her outfit.

IZZIE AT THE PARK

We love hang'n outside and took Iz out to the park and it was so fun, she loves being outside, she never seems to cry when she is out there. I was trying to show her a leaf and all she wanted to do was eat it!!

LOOK OUT VEGAS HERE I COME

We just found out that she likes to cruise wih the top down!!

IZZIE AT THE ZOO

Okay I know Izzie is still too young to even see anything or even enjoy being at the zoo, It was more for mom and dad and she slept through the whole thing anyways. It was still fun taking her there, we love doing these kinda things so I guess we better start her doing them while shes young so she gets use to it.

Izzie, One month old, I put her in her first dress outfit and snuggled her up in grama Carol's blanket.

Blessing Day

What a beautiful day.... thanks for being so good Izzie!! She wore the same blessing dress I did when I was blessed. She looked like the perfect little angel mommy and daddy were so proud.

Izzie with some of the family her little cousin Abbie, all the Grandparents and her auntie Becci and uncle Spencer.

Izzie, only a few hours old she had her first bath. The nurse put a cute little bow in her hair and she cried the whole time.

Well this year has been very exciting for us, Lehi Graduated in December from Chiropractic school and our lives as students have ended time to step into the "real world". As we make that step we also get to become new parents to a little girl in Aug and are very excited. As I am a novice blogger and before life becomes crazy I thought that I would get a head start and post some memories that we have had over the last few years in no particular order.

HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!!

My poor attempt at a maple leaf cheese cake.....we had the house decorated in Canadian flags and flew a few of them outside our house, we really miss all the festivities back in the home land.

Broken Bow Okalhoma about a three hour drive from Dallas and worth every second. We would go out there many times to camp and fish and just get away from the big city.

Christmas in Cancun with the Paso parents. What could be better than deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and laying out in the sun while everyone was freezing back home.
The ALL STAR GAME came to Dallas!!

Days before Lehi's Birthday the all star game came to town. What better gift to give a Hockey Fan than tickets to the skills competion and the all-star game. Everywhere he looked there was some famous hockey guy that he pointed out to me. From meeting Ron McClane the Hockey Night in Canada legend along with Kelly Hrudy and even getting a chance to meet and take pictures with Evgeni Malkin. We got to see all the stars from to Sid the Kid and Alex Ovechkin at their first all-star game and my personal favourite Martin Brodure. I don't know how to top this one for the next year!!

Congragulations Lehi on craming 4 years of school into three straight years without any breaks except a week or two between trimesters, when you would have to study for boards. I couldn't be more proud of you and what you have accomplished for our family thanks for working so hard. No one can ever take away the fact that you are a Dr. and I think that's pretty awesome!!

Family reunnion with Lehi's family on a 7 day cruise.....thanks Dad for making that happen for everyone, the R and R was much much needed. We had a few days before the cruise set sail that we were able to see Disney land, Sea World and the guys saw a NFL football game. The Cruise left from California and took us to Puerta Vallerta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas.

At the Texas Motor Speedway "if your not first your last" thanks Ricky Bobby. We got tickets from our good friends the Nagle's and pit passes which I guess if you are a Nascar fan it's like a golden ticket. To me it was just a bunch of tires, tools and a travelling trailer park. I mean if your into camo its the place to be, its all camo all the time. Sorry Nascar you haven't made a fan out of me yet, but it was a fun experience nonetheless.
